Circumstances: This cat is a frequent visitor and is not neutered. Whilst he appears to be well-fed, he is often unkempt and occasionally injured, etc. We are not sure if he has an owner or not. We would really like to check if he has been microchipped (although we suspect not), and ideally he would be neutered as, whilst generally not aggressive, he is very persistent in pursuing our young female cat and frequently calls outside, enters the house, corners her, etc. We would be willing to get him neutered and treated for fleas, worms, etc, but we are not sure what his circumstances are. Any advice would be gratefully received – it may well be you have had reports of this cat before.
