Circumstances: A local man found him in the morning in our street meowing and seemingly lost. He was knocking on doors to try and locate owner. We got involved at about 8am because we have a cat and took pity. He was in our garden for a while. He then went away and came back again in the early evening. We then took him to the vet to check for a chip.
