Circumstances: This cat has been roaming around the gardens for the past few weeks. He also comes into our house via our cats’ cat flap. He’s mostly around at night, is very vocal and yowls a lot so probably not neutered but he’s friendly and not aggressive to people or other cats. He looks clean and well fed so I’m not sure if he’s a recently lost cat. I know the neighbours also feed him. He’s not chipped (we’ve had him scanned).
