Circumstances: A chip was found but the owners have not taken responsibility.
The feeder has agreed to continue feeding but cannot have the cat indoors.
The area is not safe for cats outdoors, as fast cars have hit them in the past.
I have spoken to London Inner City but they cannot take it due to capacity.
