Temperament/Personality: Very friendly, loves people, loves being held, probably scared as he's not used to the outdoors.
Missing Circumstances: My neighbour saw him on our shared balcony/open walkway on the 3rd floor of my block after I'd accidentally locked him out, rather than asking if he was my cat, as I live next door literally 5 steps away, he asked a random stranger downstairs to come up and take my cat away. Apparently this person dropped my cat off just outside of the building.
