Location Found: Walked straight into my house this morning and hasn’t left

Circumstances: Hello,
When we were bringing in our Waitrose delivery this morning this lovely cat ran in and simply hasn’t left.
The cat looks well-ish. Very tired, hungry, dirty, and a bit smelly, but otherwise doesn’t look injured. Old looking but not quite elderly.
It’s drank a few bowls of water, had 4 pouches of food and a bowl of biscuits. I’ve given it a flea treatment and as much of a flannel wash as possible.
The cat is very affectionate and so far has just wanted food, rest, and cuddles.
It would be great to know if this is a stray and is microchipped. Any help would be great.
